Decision to dismiss inactive members and restructure for better efficiency. Balanced Project Schedule Proposed to maintain a balanced timeline across ongoing projects. Agreed to host an open IEEE Xtreme event as part of the schedule adjustment. Funding Opportunity – Dataport Discussed initiating data-focused competitions (e.g., data collection, analysis). Plan to explore potential funding from Dataport to support the initiative. TechX Venue Partnership Identified the need for caution in proceeding with venue partnership.
