The IEEE Student Branch of NSBM Green University proudly launched SkillShare in 2025 an initiative designed to spotlight and share the diverse talents of skilled individuals within the university community. Serving as a platform for knowledge exchange, SkillShare aims to empower undergraduates by bridging peer-to-peer learning and professional development. The first installment of the series, SkillShare – February Edition, was successfully held with over 150 enthusiastic participants. The session was conducted by two experienced and inspiring undergraduates, Dasun Sri Nethmal and Kumuditha Ranasinghe, who guided attendees through: Building a professional portfolio website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Enhancing their online presence Gaining practical career guidance and insights This hands-on workshop not only equipped students with technical web development skills but also emphasized the importance of personal branding in today's job market. With its impactful start, SkillShare will continue as a recurring event series throughout the year, creating more opportunities for learning, collaboration, and growth.
