Continuing the momentum of the SkillShare series, the IEEE Student Branch of NSBM Green University hosted the March Edition of SkillShare with a dual-session experience focused on developer tools and real-world collaboration. On March 23rd, an interactive online session drew over 190 participants, where students were guided through the process of unlocking the GitHub Student Developer Pack and introduced to a range of industry-standard tools that enhance productivity and career readiness. This was followed by a physical workshop on March 25th, which welcomed more than 200 enthusiastic developers for a hands-on learning experience. The session was expertly conducted by Mr. Lahiru Udawaththa, a GitHub Campus Expert, and featured: Practical Git training Collaborative coding exercises Real-world project building using GitHub workflows This hybrid edition of SkillShare not only empowered students with vital technical skills but also fostered a collaborative environment where learning was driven by real-world scenarios and community engagement.
