Each qualified team (overall, 20 teams were qualified for the semi-finals) was required to submit a comprehensive video presentation , ranging from 3 to 8 minutes , showcasing the progress and innovation behind their projects. These video submissions served as a key medium for teams to effectively communicate their technical achievements, problem-solving approaches, and real-world applicability of their solutions. From these submissions, the top 8 teams were selected to advance to the final round based on the quality, originality, and potential impact of their projects. The selection process was rigorously structured and professionally overseen , ensuring fairness and consistency in judgment. The evaluation was supervised by Mr. Ranjan Kulathunga , Senior Tech Lead – Embedded Systems at Zone24x7 , whose expertise in advanced systems engineering brought immense value to the review process. The judging panel also included two experienced professionals from Robotics Assistance Devices : Mr. Wikum Jayasanka , Embedded Systems Engineer Mr. Seniru Dissanayaka , Embedded Systems Engineer Together, the panel conducted an in-depth analysis of each submission, focusing on technical depth, creativity, implementation feasibility, and the alignment of the project with real-world needs.
