The IEEE WIE (Women in Engineering) Executive Committee monthly meeting was held on June 27 at the A Block car park of our university. This in-person meeting brought together all ExCom members to actively discuss and plan our upcoming events for the next few months. Key topics included event timelines, target audiences, and strategies to confirm high engagement and participation. A major focus of the meeting was on the development of promotional materials. We explored creative ideas to enhance visibility and branding for our initiatives.
