Date: 26 July 2025 Time: 9:00 AM onwards Venue: Dialog Axiata Auditorium, Colombo Target Audience: IEEE WIE members, IEEE volunteers, STEM undergraduates, professionals, academics and women engineers across Sri Lanka Event Objectives: Celebrate the contributions and leadership of women in engineering and technology by creating a platform to share insights, spark dialogue and honour impactful journeys in the field. Promote equitable innovation and inclusive engineering by bringing diverse voices to the forefront and encouraging open, collaborative conversations on gender and technology. Equip participants with problem-solving and teamwork skills through hands-on workshops. Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration and idea exchange by connecting undergraduates, professionals, and academics in interactive sessions and team activities. Strengthen engagement with IEEE Women in Engineering by creating a welcoming space for new and existing members to connect, learn and grow within the WIE community. Event Overview: This year’s event is themed "Together We Engineer: Women Leading Innovation, Inclusion & Impact" , spotlighting women engineers as creators and changemakers helping shape the future of engineering. The agenda features a mix of keynotes, discussions, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to encourage collaboration, leadership, and innovation.
