Organizing Committee Handbook: IEEE EMBS shared a comprehensive draft of the Organizing Committee (OC) Handbook, covering: Role responsibilities (Chair, Secretary, Finance, Technical, etc.) Timeline for planning, execution, and wrap-up Expected commitments from OC members Competition Structure: Phase 1: Ideathon (by EMBS) Idea submission, proposal evaluation Judging based on healthcare relevance, feasibility, and innovation Phase 2: Designathon (by WIE + CS) UI/UX-focused design competition Judging based on design quality, usability, and alignment with the idea Target Audience: Undergraduate students (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Bioinformatics, etc.) Teams of 2–4 members encouraged Commitments: Weekly meetings, daily progress via WhatsApp, timely deliverables expected from all OC members Certificates to be awarded for active contribution
