Heenayata Saviya 2.0 (CSR Project): Discussed school outreach status, updates from members on identifying potential schools, and initial feedback. Financial Discussion: Identified existing financial challenges for ongoing events. Proposed short-term solutions and initiated discussions on securing sponsorships and optimizing budget allocations. Chapters & Chapter Events: Reviewed current progress of IEEE chapters under the SB. Outlined upcoming chapter-level events and assessed chapter needs/support. SB Standing Committees: Updates on the formation, performance, and responsibilities of current standing committees. Encouraged continuous collaboration and effective reporting. Action Items & Continuation Plans: Agreed to continue planning and execution of REBOOT 1.0 with close monitoring of campus leads. Planned to move forward with OC interviews for Heenayata Saviya 2.0 to strengthen project teams and initiate logistics.
