SB Excom * Webmasters meeting Meeting attendees will be the Executive Members of the IEEE Student Branch including webmaster and the Webmasters of all the chapters and Affinity group. Date: July 12, 2025 Time: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM Mode: Virtual Meeting Main Discussion Points: Introduction of a New Flyer Sharing Time Scheduling System: All webmasters (SB, chapters, and affinity group) were introduced to a standardized scheduling system to organize flyer sharing. Flyer sharing time slots must now be booked in advance to avoid overlaps and ensure visibility. WhatsApp Channel Access: All webmasters will be granted posting access to the designated flyer-sharing WhatsApp channel. The SB Webmaster holds the primary responsibility for sharing flyers on the channel. Backup Responsibility: In the a bsence of the SB Webmaster, any other available chapter or affinity group webmaster will take over the flyer posting responsibility. System Compliance: All parties agreed to strictly follow the new scheduling system to streamline communication and event promotion.
