● AGM 2025 – January 23, 2025 The Annual General Meeting of the IEEE Student Branch at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka marked an exciting start to the year. New executive committees were officially appointed for both the Student Branch and the WIE Affinity Group, ushering in fresh leadership for 2025. A key highlight was the official inauguration of the IEEE Computer Society Student Chapter, expanding our technical footprint. During the same session, the Executive Committee for the CS Chapter was also appointed, laying the groundwork for upcoming initiatives in computing and innovation.
