Description

The IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS) Executive Committee meeting was successfully conducted by the Main ExCom of the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Ruhuna. The agenda included presenting the year's action plan covering hands-on robotics workshops and Xbotix event, automation competitions, and innovation-driven collaborations and the AeroXplore which is a Remote Control Airplane workshop and competition. Each executive role was introduced with a clear outline of responsibilities. This meeting also helped the volunteers and executive committee members to strengthen peer engagement, grow technically through shared interests, and build a network within the robotics and automation community.
