The IEEE & WIE Awareness Session was successfully held on 28th December 2024 from 6:00 PM onwards via Zoom, as a collaborative initiative between the IEEE Student Branch and the IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. The session aimed to introduce undergraduates to the missions, benefits, and engagement opportunities offered by IEEE and WIE. The session was conducted by Mr. Charuka Atapattu, the Immediate Past Chair of the IEEE Student Branch of the university and the National Project Chair of LETs Talk.
