The quiz series consisted of ten weekly questions related to power systems, energy technologies, and sustainability. It is open to all interested participants, encouraging regular participation through a structured format: one question per week over the course of ten weeks. The final evaluation and selection of winners were conducted by the organizing committee, and their decisions were deemed final. The event will serve both as an educational initiative and a strategic outreach activity aimed at enhancing the visibility of the IEEE PES Student Chapter among the university community. Expected Outcomes: Digital engagement across social media platforms will be increased. Interest in power and energy engineering among undergraduates will be promoted. The chapter’s connection with the broader student body will be strengthened through weekly interactions.

Event Agenda – IEEE PES USJ Quiz Series Pre-Event Publicity An initial announcement is made to inform the student community that a quiz series is upcoming, creating awareness and anticipation through social media posts. Release of Participant Guidelines Guidelines outlining the participation requirements and eligibility criteria are published on our social media platforms. Commencement of Weekly Quiz Series The quiz series begins one week after the release of the guidelines. One question is posted each week, focusing on topics related to power and energy. Participants are required to submit their answers within the given timeframe. Ongoing Engagement and Monitoring Weekly reminders and updates are shared to maintain participation and visibility. Participant eligibility is monitored based on compliance with the guidelines (social media follows/likes). Conclusion of Quiz Series and Winner Announcement After the final question, winners are selected based on the accuracy and consistency of their responses. Winners are announced on IEEE PES USJ social media platforms. Prizes are awarded to the selected winners.
