The 7th Industry Visit of IndSight Gen II was held on the 23rd of July at Virtusa, running from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This time, 50 IEEE members from IEEE at IIT were given the opportunity to take part in this exclusive day-long program, gaining valuable exposure to the IT industry. The visit featured a series of insightful sessions and engaging activities, starting with a warm welcome and morning tea, followed by an introduction to Virtusa and an in-depth session on career opportunities and prospects in the IT world. After a networking lunch, participants took part in a stimulating problem-solving case study and an interactive presentation and discussion space. Throughout the day, students asked many thoughtful questions, actively engaging with the speakers and gaining first-hand experience of real-world industry practices. The visit concluded with a closure note, leaving participants both inspired and better prepared for their future careers.
