The InnovateHer: STEM Workshop for Empowering Girls in Secondary Schools 03-Episode 01 was successfully conducted on the 1st of August 2025 for grade 6-9 students at J/ Vembadi Girls' High School, Jaffna. This impactful event was organized by the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Student Branch Affinity Group of the University of Jaffna, with the guidance and leadership of Mr. S. Suthakar, Senior Lecturer at the University of Jaffna. Focused on nurturing young minds, the workshop offered engaging hands-on STEM sessions, beginner-friendly coding activities, and interactive discussions to ignite interest in technology and innovation among schoolgirls. A huge thank you goes out to our facilitator, enthusiastic participants, and the hardworking organizing team for their unwavering support and dedication. Together, we continue to empower the next generation of women to step confidently into the world of STEM!
