Forge Your Icon – Session 01, organized by IEEE StudPro 8.0 under IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka, took place virtually on the 22nd of March 2025 via Zoom. As the opening session of the Forge Your Icon series, it focused on LinkedIn Optimization for Personal Branding and Career Growth. The session was conducted by Mr. Amithe Gamage, Co-founder of Quantum Leap (Pvt) Ltd., a seasoned corporate trainer and executive coach. He shared expert insights on creating a compelling LinkedIn profile, building a strong professional presence, and using networking to unlock career opportunities. His practical approach and relatable examples made the session both informative and inspiring. Participants actively engaged through an interactive Q&A, where they received personalized advice and real-time feedback. The atmosphere was lively, with attendees appreciating the relevance and clarity of the session.
