Phase 2 of the competition was a 24-hour digital art challenge , open to the competitors who qualified from Phase 1. The given theme for this phase was “Bridging Worlds: Technology Meets Tradition,” emphasizing how modern technology can uplift cultural heritage and create opportunities for underprivileged communities. Submissions for this round were also accepted through the official IEEE CS KDU website. Following a careful evaluation of the artworks, the judging panel shortlisted the top 20 participants , who advanced to the final phase of the competition .
