The IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka conducted its scheduled Biweekly Executive Committee Meeting on May 25, 2025. The meeting focused on ongoing planning.. Discussions were led by the respective committee leads and covered the following major points: TechX Event Planning – Discussion on onboarding, resources, and timeline (led by Kavindu Ranasinghe) INNOVA Updates – Presentation of revised timeline and organizing structure (led by Hashan Maduwantha) Meeting Notes Documentation – Guidelines for compiling and standardizing minutes (Kavindu Ranasinghe) Website Updates – Status of TechX and chapter site updates (Shehan) CSR Project Discussion – New proposals and planning (Udan) TechX Budget Review – Cost estimations and budget tracking (Sanura) Documentation Finalization – Status of reports and backups (Shalani Perera) Attached documents included the revised INNOVA timeline, organizing committee structure, TechX 2025 resource page, and committee structure image. The session was productive and helped align the team for upcoming deadlines and events.
