The Young Protégé 2025 Final Summit, organized under StudPro 8.0 by IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka, marked the culmination of Sri Lanka’s premier IEEE mentoring initiative. The event was held at CINEC Campus and brought together mentees, mentors, industry professionals, and academic leaders to celebrate the successful completion of the program. The summit showcased the achievements of the 2025 cohort, highlighted success stories from mentor–mentee journeys, and provided a platform for participants to share their growth experiences. Keynote addresses and panel discussions featured distinguished professionals from industry and academia, who inspired attendees with insights on career readiness, leadership, and innovation. The event also included recognition of outstanding mentees and mentors, networking sessions, and closing remarks from program leaders, reinforcing the value of mentorship in shaping future-ready professionals. The Final Summit served not only as a celebration but also as a call to action for continued collaboration, lifelong learning, and leadership within the IEEE community.
