Workshop 02 of CodeRally 6.0, titled “ Navigating the Unknown in Programming”, was held as an engaging online session and focused on the power of AI in competitive programming. Conducted by Mr Navin Pemarathne, Senior Data Scientist at IFS, the session guided participants on effectively leveraging AI tools to approach unfamiliar problems, craft better prompts, and validate their solutions. Attendees explored practical techniques for combining AI insights with strong problem-solving fundamentals, understanding AI’s limitations, and avoiding common pitfalls. This workshop empowered participants to become faster, smarter, and more confident coders in high-pressure hackathon environments.
