Description
The Annual General Meeting 2025 of the IEEE TEMS Student Branch Chapter, University of Moratuwa, was successfully held with the participation of both outgoing and incoming committee members. The meeting began with a welcome address by the Chairperson, followed by the confirmation of the previous minutes, a review of past projects, and the presentation of the financial report. Key addresses were delivered by the Vice Chairperson of the IEEE Student Branch Chapter and the Chapter Adviser, Dr. Jayani Sudusinghe, highlighting achievements and future directions. A major highlight of the AGM was the election of the new executive committee, where new office bearers including the Chairperson, Secretary, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Vice Secretary, and Webmaster were appointed. The meeting concluded with speeches from the newly appointed committee members and a vote of thanks by the new Secretary, marking a smooth transition of responsibilities and a renewed vision for the upcoming term.
