Key Discussions IEEE Xtreme – Registrations low; members to promote actively. ComSoc Update – Committees finalized by 11th Sept (≥5 members each); Reboot initiative discussed. Ambassadors – Selection from Engineering & Technology faculties. IES Update – Electrocombat 2.0 (Oct end); prep meeting 7th Sept; IES Day proposal drafting; Neurobits fund confirmed (AI series next year). Advisory Note (Chair) – All events & task sheets must be updated on vTools. CS Update – J’Pura Xtreme (4th Oct); premium account needed (contact Dr. Ravimal); possible Ideathon with LEO. WIE Update – GlowUp 2.0 , Google Tech Makers event, WIE T-shirt design, Artemia OC finalized (sponsorships ongoing). Future Planning – Next term’s ExCo prep; Reboot session in Tech Faculty (15th Sept start); coordinator: Malin Damsara. New Suggestions – Bi-weekly event updates with template; finalizing meetings before events; encourage OC post-event gatherings; limit OC size. Other Discussions – Point System, MoGo workshop (physical), Board Meeting next month, stricter attendance tracking, all official comms via email. Conclusion Meeting adjourned at 10:59 PM .
