Agenda Highlights: Welcome Speech: Delivered by the Vice Chair of IEEE WIE USJ, officially opening the session and welcoming participants. Main Session: Conducted by Ms. Bihari Welikala on the topic “Innovate for Her: From Idea to Reality.” Vote of Thanks: Delivered by the Secretary of the Artemia Project, appreciating the speaker and all attendees for their active participation. Discussion Points: Introduction to Artemia 1.0: Overview of the competition structure, objectives, and upcoming phases. Idea Generation: How to identify real-world problems related to women’s safety and brainstorm creative solutions. Innovation & Feasibility: Tips for developing practical, impactful, and scalable ideas. Proposal Writing Guidance: Structuring submissions effectively to communicate ideas clearly. Relevance to Women’s Safety: Discussion on pressing issues such as cybercrimes, workplace safety, harassment, and mental well-being — emphasizing the importance of technology in empowering and protecting women.
