The Technical Session of CYPHER 3.0 for the Capture the Flag (CTF) Challenge was successfully conducted on the 30th of August 2025 , from 7.00 PM onwards , via Google Meet . The session was organized to provide participants with essential technical guidance and insights to prepare them for the upcoming CTF competition. The session was led by Mr. Sachintha Fernando , Senior CTF Engineer at HashX , who served as the guest speaker. He shared his deep expertise in cybersecurity and CTF methodologies, offering valuable tips, strategies, and practical knowledge to help participants strengthen their technical and analytical skills. Conducted virtually, the session brought together participants from various universities across Sri Lanka , creating an engaging and interactive learning experience. It served as an excellent opportunity for attendees to enhance their understanding of real-world cybersecurity challenges and gain confidence for the CYPHER 3.0 CTF competition .
