EmpowerU 4.0 was a leadership and volunteering training program organized by the IEEE Student Branch of CINEC Campus and led by MAS Prym Intimates . It was held on the 29th of July 2025 from 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the participation of around 80 students . The program featured interactive workshops , team-building sessions , and motivational discussions focused on developing leadership, communication, and teamwork skills . Participants were guided by experienced facilitators from MAS Prym Intimates , who shared practical insights and real-world applications of leadership and volunteerism.
