Progress Update – Artemia 1.0: The team reviewed the current progress of Artemia 1.0, including the successful completion of the Ideathon and Designathon sessions, and the preparations for the upcoming final event. 2. Fundraising Plan: A detailed financial discussion was held to finalize the funding strategies to cover the remaining budget requirements for Artemia 1.0. Bookmark Selling Initiative: Each member will receive 20 bookmarks, priced at Rs. 50 each, to raise funds for Artemia 1.0. Members agreed to begin sales immediately and provide updates during the next meeting. Film Screening Event: The group decided to organize a film screening on 30th October 2025 at the Physics PLT Hall. The purpose of this event is to raise additional funds while providing an engaging experience for participants. Cotton Candy Stall: A cotton candy stall will be arranged on an upcoming day as another creative fundraising activity to support the Artemia budget.
