A professional development session organized by StudPro 8.0 as part of IEEE Education Week Sri Lanka, aimed at enhancing undergraduate employability through personalized CV reviews and career guidance. Held on 7th April 2025 at TRACE Expert City, Colombo, the event brought together 92 undergraduates and a panel of experienced industry mentors from leading companies including Virtusa, Nagarro, VSIS, Inivos, and Idea8. Participants engaged in one-on-one mentoring sessions, receiving tailored feedback on their CVs to refine their profiles, strengthen their professional branding, and better position themselves for internships and job opportunities. The interactive format allowed attendees to gain practical insights into recruiter expectations, effective self-presentation, and strategies for career advancement.
