Wisdom Waves 1.0 The IEEE WIE Affinity Group at the University of Ruhuna in collaboration with other IEEE chapters, proposes "Wisdom Waves" as an engaging online webinar series designed to foster insightful discussions on various topics that inspire and educate participants. This initiative fosters chapter collaboration through partnerships and networking, enabling knowledge sharing among graduates, final-year undergraduates, and other undergraduate students for mentorship and growth. The session focused on understanding the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , adopting Agile methodologies , and leveraging practical tools to manage projects efficiently. Participants also explored Jira , a leading project management tool, through a hands-on workflow demo, and learned how AI-powered productivity tools can enhance project planning, execution, and team collaboration.
