Description

The IEEE Xtreme 19.0 event at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura was successfully conducted from 25th October 2025 at 5:30 a.m. to 26th October 2025 at 5:30 a.m. , spanning a total of 24 hours. This global programming competition brought together university students to solve challenging algorithmic and programming problems simultaneously with teams from universities worldwide. The event was hosted at the Faculty of Computing , in collaboration with the Association of Computing Students (ACS), providing a fully equipped environment for participants throughout the 24-hour challenge. A total of student teams from the university engaged rigorously in the competition, demonstrating their problem-solving, programming, and teamwork skills. Notably, five of our teams ranked among the top 100 in Sri Lanka, showcasing the high level of preparation and talent within our university community.
