The session was conducted by Eng. Sanjaya Ubesiri, a Senior Power System Engineer at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), who brings over 15 years of experience in power system analysis, transmission and distribution planning, and renewable integration. The session provided a comprehensive understanding of power system planning principles and the use of PSSE software in system studies and analysis. Final-year Electrical and Information Engineering undergraduates actively participated in the session, gaining valuable insights into large-scale system planning and real-world power system applications.
