The workshop was conducted in collaboration with Kelani Cables PLC, featuring Eng. Isuru Prasad, Technical Sales Engineer at Kelani Cables PLC, as the keynote speaker. Approximately 50 engineering undergraduates attended the session. The workshop covered essential aspects of cable selection for domestic and industrial applications, including cable sizing, insulation types, safety standards, and practical installation considerations. Participants were able to enhance their understanding of real-world cable applications and industry best practices.
