Before the competition phases began, an online awareness session was conducted via Zoom to introduce participants to the structure, expectations, and objectives of AdaptIQ. The session provided an overview of the three phases, explained the evaluation criteria, and clarified the guidelines for the six-hour challenge, regional workshops, and the 24-hour grand finale. Participants were briefed on how to prepare effectively, what resources would be provided, and how the adaptability twists would be incorporated into the final round. The session also allowed students to raise questions, interact with organizers, and gain a clear understanding of the competition’s flow, ensuring that all teams were well-informed and ready to begin their AdaptIQ journey.
