This ExCom administrative meeting brings together chapter officers to finalize the 2026 election arrangements , including the appointment of election officers/committee roles , and to align on vTools reporting and compliance (officer reporting, event reporting workflow, and documentation checklist). It also covers the transition/handover plan , ensuring a smooth continuity of chapter operations. Attendance is recommended for ExCom and volunteers directly involved in elections, reporting, and chapter administration.
