The IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Student Branch Chapter of the University of Jaffna has organized an insightful session titled "How to Build a Global Tech Career: Skills, Mindset & Realities" on 16 December 2025 from 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. at the Auditorium of the Department of Computer Science, University of Jaffna. The session is conducted by Ms. Dinuka Jayaweera, Project Manager at the National University of Singapore and former Senior Project Lead at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka. The session aims to provide participants with a clear understanding of the essential skills, mindset, and real-world challenges involved in building a successful global tech career. The event is expected to benefit undergraduates and aspiring tech professionals by offering guidance, motivation, and real-world perspectives from an experienced industry professional.
