The event began with welcoming remarks and an address from outgoing Chairman, Mr. Ushan Muditha, reflecting on the chapter's vision and collective efforts. This was followed by guidance from the Chapter Advisor, Senior Lecturer Eng. Terashmila Lasagani, who emphasized professionalism, teamwork, and active participation . The initial segment concluded with accountability reports, including the Minutes of the previous AGM, the Financial Report by Mr. Nimesh Dilhara, and the Activity Progress Report by Mr. Avishka Rajapaksha, confirming a productive and successful past term. The core of the meeting was the Election of the New Executive Committee for the 2025/26 term. Mr. Kavishka Lakshan was elected the new Chairperson, with Mr. Nadun Watekatiya taking the role of Vice-Chairperson.
