Description
The “Atomic Guider” School Program was successfully conducted at Rawathawaththa Methodist College on 7th October 2025 , from 9.00 AM to 1.30 PM , organised by the IEEE NPSS Student Branch Chapter at the University of Moratuwa. The seminar focused on introducing G.C.E. O/L students to key concepts in Atoms and Matter, aligning with their science syllabus and fostering an interactive learning environment. The event began with a welcome session and an address by the principal, followed by a comprehensive seminar covering core topics in nuclear science and matter. A Q&A session allowed students to clarify concepts, after which they completed an exam based on the seminar. The question papers were corrected, and prizes were awarded to the top three students who achieved the highest marks, recognising their understanding and engagement.
