IEEE Professional Development Online Session The IEEE Professional Development Online Session , organized by IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka in collaboration with the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura , was successfully conducted via the Zoom platform . The session focused on enhancing the professional skills and career readiness of undergraduate students and young professionals. The session featured Mr. Mohamed Shakil Arifeen , Associate Business Analyst at Econsulate (Pvt) Ltd and Executive Committee Member of IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka , and Ms. Sachini Silva , Intern Software Engineer at hSenid Business Solutions and Executive Committee Member of IEEE Young Professionals Sri Lanka . The speakers shared practical insights on career development, industry expectations, and professional growth. Approximately 40 delegates actively participated in the session, engaging in discussions and gaining valuable guidance for their future career paths.
