A meeting was convened in November to discuss the planning and execution of the IEEE IAS Membership Development Program, FORGE, which is proposed to be conducted in collaboration with the IEEE Industry Applications Society Sri Lanka Chapter. During the meeting, the Executive Committee outlined the roles and responsibilities assigned to the Organizing Committee and reviewed the proposed timeline, ensuring alignment with academic schedules. The availability of required campus facilities and other logistical arrangements for the program were also reviewed and confirmed. Furthermore, it was agreed to maintain close coordination between the Student Branch Chapter and the IEEE IAS Sri Lanka Chapter to ensure the successful implementation and overall impact of FORGE.
