During the final meeting of 2025, the Executive Committee conducted a detailed discussion on the chapter’s flagship event, InnovMind V3.0. Key aspects including the proposed date, venue, invited speakers, estimated budget, availability of university facilities, and potential sponsorship opportunities were thoroughly reviewed. The committee emphasized the importance of early planning and resource allocation to ensure the successful execution of the event while maintaining alignment with institutional guidelines and academic schedules. Furthermore, strategies to enhance promotional outreach were discussed, with particular focus on increasing flyer circulation among other universities to broaden participation. The committee also explored effective methods to introduce and promote InnovMind V3.0 among school students, highlighting its value in fostering early interest in technology and innovation. Additionally, the necessity of appointing Deputy Heads for each subcommittee was identified to strengthen coordination, improve task delegation, and ensure smooth operational management throughout the planning and implementation phases.
