The IEEE IAS Chapter Membership Department Workshop was conducted as part of IEEE Sri Lanka Section Congress (SL SYWC) 2025 – Day 03. The session was delivered by Mr. Janitha Dissanayake, Chair of the IEEE Industry Applications Society Sri Lanka Chapter. The workshop focused on strengthening chapter operations through effective membership development strategies, volunteer engagement, leadership cultivation, and sustainable chapter growth.
