Description

The IEEE WIE Student Branch Affinity Group of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka conducted an Executive Committee meeting on 16th March 2025 at 4.00 PM at Lecture Room 4 at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss future planned activities of the WIE Affinity Group, with a special focus on the upcoming flagship event SHe Too 4.0. During the meeting, the committee finalized the event lineup, discussed the schedule of activities, and reviewed the events planned to take place on the day of SHe Too 4.0. Responsibilities and coordination among committee members were also addressed to ensure the smooth execution of upcoming events. The meeting was attended by members of the IEEE WIE WUSL Executive Committee, and productive discussions were held to align plans and strengthen event organization.
