IEEE Andaharaya 2025 is a premier awareness and engagement event designed to introduce students and academics at Rajarata University to the global values, opportunities, and community of IEEE. The event focused on professional development, personality growth, and the ways IEEE can empower students to excel academically and professionally. Distinguished IEEE personalities shared their personal journeys, including how they became part of the Student Activities Committee (SAC), the challenges they faced, and the benefits of active IEEE involvement, such as mentorship, networking, and exposure to international initiatives. Through interactive sessions, attendees learned strategies to enhance leadership skills, improve communication, and build a professional mindset. The event also emphasized how engaging with IEEE can open doors to internships, research opportunities, and collaborations with global experts. IEEE Andaharaya 2025 inspired participants to actively contribute to the IEEE culture, develop a lifelong learning attitude, and leverage the organization’s resources to achieve both personal and professional growth.
