The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) January Executive Committee Meeting was convened to conduct a comprehensive review of the previous term and evaluate the events and activities carried out during that period. The committee reflected on the outcomes, achievements, and overall performance of past initiatives, while also identifying areas that required improvement. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the strengths and weaknesses observed in the execution of past events.
