The end-of-month meeting for January 2026 marked the first official gathering of the new year and was held with active participation from members. The Chairperson warmly welcomed everyone in attendance and expressed appreciation for their continued commitment. She briefly outlined the plans and priorities for the year ahead, presenting them in a friendly and encouraging manner that set a positive tone for the meeting. Following this, the Project Chairperson, together with the Organizing Committee, highlighted and appreciated the successful completion of the second phase of the WiSTEM project. They acknowledged the collective efforts, teamwork, and dedication that contributed to achieving the project’s objectives on time. The success of this phase was recognized as an important milestone and a strong foundation for future initiatives. The Executive Committee (Ex-Com) members then shared their individual experiences gained during the project implementation. They discussed key lessons learned, challenges faced, and effective strategies that supported smooth coordination. The discussion also focused on recommendations for organizing future projects more efficiently, emphasizing planning, collaboration, and clear communication. The meeting concluded on an optimistic note, reinforcing a shared commitment to continuous improvement and successful project execution in the year ahead.
