The IEEE FYP Arena 2025 is a prestigious national-level competition organized by the IEEE Sri Lanka Section and hosted by the IEEE Student Branch of the University of Ruhuna . Held as an event of the 25th Silver Jubilee exhibition (ReXtro) , the event celebrated engineering excellence and future-driven innovation. This platform allowed final-year undergraduates from universities across Sri Lanka to showcase their innovative projects and receive evaluation from an esteemed panel of judges. The IEEE FYP Arena 2025 commenced at 8.00 AM with the registration of teams. The competition featured projects categorized into five specialized tracks : Computer Science Power and Energy Biomedical Engineering Robotics and Automation Other Engineering Disciplines Shortlisted teams presented their projects using posters and live demonstrations. The organizing committee provided essential infrastructure, including poster stands, monitors, and power extensions, to ensure a professional environment for the presentations. The evaluation process focused on creativity, technical depth, and the potential for real-world application. The day concluded with an awarding ceremony to honor the most innovative projects in each track.
