This three-hour interactive introductory session was designed to empower undergraduates with both theoretical understanding and practical exposure to Salesforce technologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Agentforce. Participants were introduced to how Salesforce drives digital transformation across industries and how AI and Agentforce enhance modern business processes through intelligent automation and smart workflows. The session also guided students through Trailhead, Salesforce’s interactive learning platform, where they explored personalized learning paths and earned their first Trailhead badge. A key highlight was the hands-on activity, during which participants built their first Agentforce Agent, gaining valuable experience in AI-driven automation. In addition, the program highlighted diverse career pathways within the Salesforce ecosystem, including roles such as Administrator, Developer, and Consultant. By encouraging participants to actively engage using their laptops, the session created an interactive and practical learning environment. Overall, the event successfully motivated students to begin their Salesforce Trailblazer journey while strengthening their technical confidence for the evolving digital and cloud technology landscape.
