Description
The INSL Southern Provincial Competition 2025 successfully achieved its objectives by: · Helping participants refine their pitch decks and improve their presentation skills. · Providing valuable insights through expert evaluations from experienced judges. · Providing a platform to showcase strong innovative project ideas of final year students and as well as other students within the university. · Strengthening the innovation culture within the University of Ruhuna and the broader Southern Province. · Competitors received constructive feedback, exposure to industry expectations, and motivation to continue developing their projects. Objectives To select a winning team from the Southern Province to participate in the national-level competition. To establish a strong collaborative bridge between the Ruhuna Startup Hub and the University of Ruhuna. To encourage innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among undergraduate students. To promote the commercialization of student-led research and innovative ideas. To enhance industry–academia interaction through competitive platforms.
