Description
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the IEEE Student Branch was successfully held on 24th January 2026 at the Auditorium of the Department of Computer Science. The event was collaboratively organized with the IEEE Computer Society (CS), IEEE Computational Intelligence Society (CIS), and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group. The meeting was conducted to elect the new Executive Committees for the 2026/2027 term. The event commenced at 1:30 p.m. and was moderated by Ms. Kavithra and Mr. Anoof. The proceedings included the presentation of annual reports, nomination of candidates, and the voting process. A special Volunteer Appreciation segment was held to recognize and appreciate the dedication and contributions of the past executive committees and active volunteers. The AGM concluded successfully at 6:00 p.m. , marking a smooth leadership transition for the upcoming term.
