LEVEL UP - Career Readiness Online Series 2026 was a comprehensive professional development initiative organized by the IEEE Computer Society Student Branch Chapter, University of Peradeniya , in collaboration with the IEEE Communications Society Student Branch Chapter. The objective of the series was to equip undergraduates with practical industry knowledge and structured preparation strategies for internships and full-time employment opportunities. The series consisted of four specialized online sessions conducted by leading industry professionals: CV & Resume Mastery – delivered by experts from IFS R&D International Technical Interview Preparation – conducted by professionals from Thomson Reuters HR & Behavioral Interview Guidance – delivered by industry experts from IFS R&D International Technical Interview Preparation – conducted by professionals from SLT-Mobitel The sessions covered resume structuring, technical problem-solving approaches, behavioral interview techniques, and industry recruitment expectations. The program was conducted virtually via Zoom and successfully engaged over 350 cumulative participants across all four sessions, demonstrating strong student interest in career readiness and professional growth.
