A meeting was conducted this month to discuss the successfully held event, IEEE Whispers, organized on 12th February 2026 by the IEEE Student Branch of SLTC in collaboration with the IEEE IES Student Branch Chapter of SLTC. The event, which focused on membership development and recognition, was reviewed in terms of its planning, execution, and overall impact. The discussion also emphasized strategies for membership development among newly enrolled batches, including methods to increase engagement, awareness, and active participation within IEEE activities. Plans were outlined to further strengthen member involvement and retention in upcoming initiatives.
